The "Panic" of Zoning Out

When you realize you haven't listened for the last few minutes, you panic. That panic makes it even harder to focus on what's happening now.

AI as an "External Brain"

Using NotroAI acts as a "rewind button." If I lose focus, I can just glance at the real-time transcript to see what I missed. It lowers my anxiety, which ironically makes it easier for me to focus. It’s not "cheating"—it’s an accessibility tool.
